* The ability to purchase a suitable vehicle
* Have New Zealand Residency or Valid Permit to work in New Zealand; and
* Hold a clean and Valid NZ driver's license

Auckland Hub Supervisors

Based out of one of our Auckland Hubs, we are seeking 2 experienced Hub Supervisors who have the ability to lead and motivate our vibrant Auckland Courier Fleet and effectively manage the Hub operations; We need a solutions minded, “can do”, innovative thinker with strong commercial skills, the ability to connect with people and create strong working relationships

As an Auckland Hub Supervisor, you will be responsible for;
• Controlling a fleet of up to 15 owner drivers
• Ensuring the Service is second to none
• Ensuring all customer’s needs, service requirements and expectations are met or exceeded on a daily basis ensuring PBTs objective of Delivery in full on time undamaged is maintained.
• Maintaining and ensuring profitability through excellence in fleet management
• Maintaing and ensuring an efficient and service focused hub;

The successful applicants will need;
• A minimum of 3 years experience within the Courier and Freight industry;
• A clean and Valid New Zealand Drivers License with Dangerous Goods Endorsement
• Proven excellence in Customer Service Delivery;
• Proven operational experience
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety in the workplace
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• The ability to positively influence, and motivate the people you work with
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal of true success;

Not for the faint hearted, this position requires a hands on approach, a strong and sound knowledge of the Courier Fleet Industry, along with a strong focus on continued improvement and cost reductions.  This is a role for someone that understands the need to lead from the front, someone who is willing to get in there and help when ever and wherever, someone who appreciates and is driven to provide excellence in customer service.

Fixed Term Customer Services Representative (Christchurch)

Part Time Storeperson (Tauranga)

Based out of our Tauranga Branch, we are looking for a Storeperson who has the ability to compliment our small and enthusiastic operations team.

Whereas previous experience in the transport / courier industry would be an advantage, there will be a strong level of support for applicants who can demonstrate the following attributes;

· The ability to work autonomously to achieve desired results;
· An enthusiastic can do attitude;
· Organized with a strong focus on deadlines
· Physically capable as the position does involve some heavy lifting; and
· Some computer skills;

The role is essentially Monday to Friday between the hours of 4.00pm to 6.30pm - so this may be your ideal after school job.
