Based out of our Christchurch Branch, we are seeking a Fleet Dispatcher that has the ability to co-ordinate our vibrant Christchurch Fleet; We need a solutions minded, “can do”, innovative thinker with the ability to connect with people and create strong working relationships.

As a PBT Dispatcher you will be responsible for
· Our “clear floor” policy ensuring that all local deliveries are done on time
· Freight to be delivered to Distribution Centers has been booked in for delivery on the required date
· Pick ups are carried out on time
· All documentation is made available for import pick ups

The successful candidate will need;
· Exceptional local area knowledge as well as the outer regions of Christchurch
· Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Navman
· Ability to work autumnally and under pressure

This position has a direct impact on the success of our Company. * Have a clean and valid NZ drivers license with relevant class license (class 4);
* Have or be able to obtain a Hazardous Goods Endorsement;
* Have or be able to obtain a forklift license, and relevant Forklift OSH accredited license;
* Have a sound geographical knowledge of the Invercargill & Southland districts; and
* Be physically capable as this position does require some heavy lifting;

As an independant owner driver, you will be responsible for;
* The timely delivery of customer consignments in full, on time, undamaged within your designated territory;
* The timely collection of cusotmer consignments in full, on time, undamaged withing your designated territory;
* Generate new business with the support of our dynamic and experienced sales teams;
* To provide excellent customer service to our clients.
